Terms of Service
Effective: July 3, 2026 · Provider: Codeholics LLC (New York, United States)
These terms govern your use of DENOFFs (app and web, "the Service"), operated by
Codeholics LLC ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you record and manage shift schedules, share days off with friends, and
build and publish team rosters. We improve the Service continuously and its features may change.
2. Accounts
- You start with an anonymous account — no sign-up form. Linking a social login (Google,
Apple) lets you use the same account across devices.
- You are responsible for the security of your sign-in methods. If you suspect unauthorized
access, contact [email protected] immediately.
- You can delete your account and server data anytime via Account → Delete account in the
app. Deletion cannot be undone.
3. Your data
- You own the data you enter (schedules, shift types). We process it only as needed to
provide the Service — storage, sync, and sharing within the scope you choose.
- Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
- Rosters published to a team are team operating records; if a member leaves, the team's
past rosters may be retained (with the account link severed).
4. Paid features (team subscription)
- Creating and operating a team may require a paid subscription. Payment is handled on the
web (denoffs.com) via Stripe, billed per seat (active members).
- Prices and trial terms are as shown at checkout; we will give notice before changes.
- You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge at
[email protected]. Otherwise, started billing
periods are not refunded, except that prolonged outages attributable to us are compensated
pro rata (refund or credit). Rights under applicable law are unaffected.
- If payments repeatedly fail, team features may become read-only. Joining a team as a
member is free.
5. Acceptable use
- No unauthorized access to others' accounts or data; no interference with the Service.
- No unlawful use, reverse engineering, scraping, or automated bulk access.
- No collecting or disclosing others' personal information without consent.
We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Availability and changes
- We strive for reliable operation, but the Service may be temporarily interrupted for
maintenance, failures, or events beyond our control.
- If we discontinue the Service in whole or in part, we will give reasonable advance notice
and guidance for retrieving your data.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Schedules in the Service are a personal record-keeping tool; actual shift assignments and
employment matters are between you and your organization. To the extent permitted by law,
we are not liable for losses caused by schedule discrepancies.
- To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid
us in the preceding 12 months. This does not limit liability for willful misconduct or
gross negligence, nor rights under mandatory consumer-protection law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If mandatory
consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (e.g., South Korea) apply, that
protection is preserved. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute.
9. Changes to these terms
Changes will be posted on this page; significant changes will also be announced in the
Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
