Delete your account
How to delete your DENOFFs account and the data stored on our servers.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your schedules, friends, teams,
requests, profile, and sign-in links are all removed. We'll send a confirmation email when it's done.
Option 1 — In the app or on the web (recommended · instant)
- Open the DENOFFs app, or sign in at denoffs.com.
- Tap your profile (top right) → Account.
- Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account, and confirm.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app or sign in, email
[email protected]
with the subject "Account deletion request" — from the Google/Apple email you signed up with
(this verifies it's you). We'll confirm, delete the account, and reply.
What gets deleted
- Deleted: shift schedules, shift types, friend connections, team memberships, shift requests,
profile, sign-in links, calendar subscription links
- Exceptions: rosters already published to a team may be retained as team operating records,
with your account link severed (Terms §3). Payment records we're legally
required to keep are destroyed after the retention period (Privacy Policy §4).
Signing in again with the same Google/Apple account creates a fresh account with no previous data.
